Meet our family
Thank you for dropping by our magical gateway to Enchanted Manor on the mystical Isle of Wight.
We are a South African family: me, Peta Panos, a mystic, yogi & energy alchemist; my brother in law Kevin Williams, a landscaper, builder and an all-round handy man; and his daughters, my nieces: Montana & Alexandra Williams. Both are creative designers, ethical vegans and Baristas. We have lived outside of Africa for over a decade. The Williams in Ireland and myself in Norway.
When the opportunity came up to buy Enchanted Manor, we immediately saw the potential. It was in March 2020 and we were all feeling that it was important to not stand on the sidelines at this important time and felt inspired to contribute to the New Earth in a way that was some-thing we knew and that was fun for us.
And that is: healing hospitality and sharing Simple Pleasures that brings JOY to your inner child.
…that perfect cup of coffee; that foodie moment of deliciousness… that bubble bath followed by a deep sleep in a comfortable 4 poster bed… that realisation that shifts your perception and miraculous Transformation occurs…
These are the moments that lift our spirit, allow us to be present and brings happiness & healing into our lives.
We delight in the Isle of Wight. To us, its how England used to be decades ago. Lots of wide open spaces and magical forests. Add a beautiful coastline, UNISCO Bio-sphere status, mystical legends and powerful healing energy - it was a dream come true.
The Manor House was built in 1838 and outside a few more houses, the area is pretty much as it has always been. Unspoilt. Natural, fresh and cleansing sea air, lots of birds and plenty of native animals.
Having grown up in the African bush, we see the value of the whole eco-system and see ourselves as custodians of this small corner of the world and love to share it with benevolent elementals and our like-minded guests.
We take a stand for self care, mindfulness and old indigenous wisdom: harnessing the healing nutrients and energy of natural, heritage foods.
Our vision is to be as green as we possibly can. The Manor House is over 180 years old and we are continuously upgrading with a vision of being fully sustainable and green within 5 years.
We have started small - composting, clearing out the old clutter, donating and recycling what we can. We recycle, grow our own herbs, collaborate with the community and buy as many fresh ingredients from local farms.
We love to make Gaia smile.
