Our strength grows through the community.

Even though we live on an island, no man is an island and we are all stronger in community.

Wherever possible, we source all of the products we use, the ingredients we cook with and any work we outsource to the local community.

The Isle of Wight is a treasure trove of local farms that produce incredible products. Our favourites include Garlic, Mushroom and tomato farms.

We also partner with the local ferry companies and local attractions.
